Registration collects your name, email, professional or educational information, LinkedIn profile, photograph, and identity number. Member resumes are optional. We use this information to review membership or mentor applications, verify identity, coordinate mentorship, and manage program participation.
Only authorized administrators can access identity numbers and uploaded documents. Public mentor profiles display professional information only after approval; member profiles and direct contact details are not published. Mentorship matching is controlled by PMLA administration.
